LOCAL BUSINESS AI SEO CASE STUDY

ONE LOCAL BUSINESS WENT FROM NEAR ZERO TO 2,200+ MONTHLY ORGANIC VISITS.

The business had experience, a real offer, and a website that was barely being found. A search-led page system changed what happened next.

    THE WEBSITE WAS LIVE

THE BUSINESS HAD A WEBSITE. SEARCH HAD LITTLE REASON TO SEND PEOPLE THERE.

The company had a good reputation and useful knowledge, but its existing pages had been published one at a time without a shared direction.

Topics were chosen because they sounded useful, not because they matched what the right person searched before choosing a business like theirs. The writing was not the main issue. The pages had never been given a clear job.

The visible problem was low traffic. The hidden cost was that people were searching every month and finding another business first.

PAGES PUBLISHED WITHOUT A BUSINESS JOB

    TOPICS DISCONNECTED FROM BUYING QUESTIONS

NO PLAN CONNECTING ONE PAGE TO THE NEXT

THE WORK STARTED BEFORE THE DRAFT

THE FIRST MOVE WAS NOT ANOTHER ARTICLE. IT WAS A SEARCH DIRECTION.

Before choosing topics, I studied how the business made money, what customers asked before buying, and which searches could lead the right person toward a useful next step.

That changed the work from a list of blog ideas into a search plan tied to the business.

    01

    LEARN THE BUSINESS

Review the offers, customer questions, current pages, and the language people use when they need help.

    02

    MAP THE SEARCH

Find the topics and questions that appear before someone chooses a service or visits the business.

    03

    GIVE EACH PAGE A JOB

Choose pages that can answer a real search and connect the reader to something useful inside the business.

    04

    CONNECT THE WORK

Link related pages so visitors can keep moving and search systems can understand how the topics belong together.

    THE RESULT TOOK TIME

THE EARLY MONTHS LOOKED QUIET. THEN THE SITE STARTED CLIMBING.

Search growth rarely moves in a straight line. The early part of the project stayed close to the floor while pages were being published, found, and tested against the rest of the search results.

This is where many businesses restart. Slow early movement makes a new tactic look more exciting, so the old plan gets dropped before it has enough time to show whether it works.

We kept the direction steady and built from what the data showed us. As more useful pages were published and connected, the site climbed past 2,200 estimated monthly organic visits.

The traffic tool used for this project reports estimated monthly organic visits. This result does not represent daily traffic, confirmed sales, or revenue.

THE LONG GAME ONLY LOOKS SLOW TO PEOPLE WHO KEEP RESTARTING.

    HOW THIS SHAPED THE METHOD

THIS RESULT CAME BEFORE MY CLAUDE WORKFLOW. THE LESSONS STILL GUIDE HOW I USE IT.

This campaign taught me what had to be decided before a draft could help. Today, Claude helps me organize source material, compare research, shape a page, and move through the first draft faster.

It cannot decide which page the business needs, whether a claim has enough support, or how the finished page should connect to the offer. Those decisions still come from research, experience, and judgment.

Claude helps the work move. It does not choose the direction.
